I just had my vehicle serviced at colonial west service department and was very impressed by the level of service I received from my service writer Edison, the service manager Harry (he is very knowledgable and goes out of his way to help any way he can) and the technician Dave. My experience at colonial Chevrolet has been a wonderful car buying trip that I dreaded the thought of it but really needed to upgrade my vehicle I had already walked out of two other dealerships because salesperson game and then I walked in here and was imediately met my courteous and cute saleswoman Ivy who put me completely at ease and mine was a tough financing situation and this is where the other two didn’t want to take the time to get it done Ivy took the challenge head on and together we got a tough deal done and she was very smart and patient and really cared about getting me out in a car today and guess what I’m waiting for my cars plates to be transferred so I can drive out in my new Chevy Cruise . Thanks Colonial West Chevrolet and special it was an absolute joy to work with you. I also informed her that I would sweeten the deal I have a friend that needs a car but I didn’t tell her that until after, because I didn’t want her to do anything except what she needed to do, get me in my car a fair price my or exceed my financing needs and shake my hand and thank me which was done. I only buy new cars and usually every 4 to 6 yrs, hopefully she will be here. I am tell anyone I know that has a car buying need go see Ivy.
